You’re Not a Garbage Bin

Have you ever feel like a garbage bin? The feeling of people always finding the need to dump their negative vibes on your shoulders?

People will always find the need to that when they themselves desire to release such energy on you so that they themselves can move on.

God has given us His Spirit as proof that we live in Him and He in us.  Furthermore, we have seen with our own eyes and now testify that the Father sent His Son to be the Savior of the world.  All who declare that Jesus is the Son of God; have God living in them, and they live and dwell in God.  We know how much God loves us, and we have put our trust in His love.

God is love, and all who live in love live in God, and God lives in them.  As we live in God, our love grows more perfect. So we will not be afraid on the day of judgment, but we can face Him with confidence because we live like Jesus here in this present world                        (1 John  4:11).

Be at peace with those who do not like you, do not love you, whatever the reason.

Why they do not, is not your issue. The issue is primary reason to love yourself and “know thyself.”

The ultimate rule is not allowing people to play on your emotions or get under your skin. It’s the only way you can enjoy ‘the day that the Lord has made'(Psalm 118:24), by not receiving the  ‘garbage’ thrown at you.

Everyday we except negative words that can destroy your spirit. Words that has no intention to uplift you, should not be allowed to seek residency within us.

Being positive, not only releases the peace that surpasses all understanding, but it allows you to keep moving while others are still festering.

Change your mindset; change the negatives into a positive. Guard your mind and heart from the garbage people will try to dump or throw at you! (Proverbs 4:23).

Negative words should not take up full time residency in your minds. Being at peace and knowing yourself is a fundamental factor in achieving a positive mindset.

Be true to yourself; love yourself and know yourself so when the spirit of rejection decide to come knocking at your door, you will be strong enough to shrug it off without it affecting you.
